PRIVACY POLICY

By using EM Portal (hereinafter — "Service"), you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any of its provisions,
you must immediately stop using the Service.

1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

1.1. This Privacy Policy governs the collection, processing, and protection of user data on the Service, located at eventsmint.com
     (hereinafter — "Portal" or "Service"), provided by the Portal administration (hereinafter — "Administration", "we", "us", or "our").

1.2. The Administration, its affiliated entities, partners, employees, agents, contractors, and successors (hereinafter — "Service Parties")
     are not responsible for data breaches, hacking, unauthorized access by third parties, or any losses caused by such events.

1.3. The user (hereinafter — "you") is solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including API keys,
     private keys, seed phrases, and other confidential data.

1.4. The Administration may modify this Privacy Policy at any time at its sole discretion without prior notice. The updated version
     takes effect from the moment of publication on the Portal. By continuing to use the Service after changes, you confirm your agreement
     with the new version. You are obligated to regularly check the Policy for updates.

2. DATA COLLECTION AND PROCESSING

2.1. The Service may collect the following data:
     - General technical data (IP address, browser type, language, visit time, information about interactions with the Service);
     - Data voluntarily provided by the user when contacting support through the feedback form (for example, email address, if provided).

2.2. The Service does not request, collect, or process sensitive personal data such as name, surname, passport data, bank details,
     private keys, or seed phrases.

2.3. All collected data is processed anonymously, without association with a specific individual. The user is identified solely by
     the public address of their wallet provided during authentication.

2.4. When contacting through the feedback form, the user may provide a valid email address to receive a response. If a response is not
     required (for example, for an error report), the user may provide any address (for example,1@false.com). All requests are signed
     through the Phantom wallet for authentication.

2.5. API keys are saved only for the user's convenience during subsequent sessions and can be deleted at any time through bot settings
     (Mira or Rigel). The Administration is not responsible for the use or compromise of API keys.

3. DATA TRANSFER TO THIRD PARTIES

3.1. The Service does not transfer, sell, or exchange user data with third parties for commercial purposes.

3.2. The Service's operation may depend on third-party providers (for example, hosting providers, API suppliers, oracles, analytics services),
     which process data as part of their services. The Administration does not control such third parties' actions and is not responsible
     for their policies, failures, or data breaches.

3.3. Data may be transferred to third parties only in cases provided by applicable law, or to protect the Administration's rights and interests
     (for example, when investigating Agreement violations).

4. DATA PROTECTION

4.1. The Administration takes reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect collected data from unauthorized access, loss,
     or damage.

4.2. Despite these measures, the Administration does not guarantee the complete security of data transmitted over the internet, including
     possible interception, hacking attacks, or failures. The user acknowledges and accepts these risks when using the Service.

4.3. The Service does not store sensitive data (private keys, seed phrases, etc.). All responsibility for their protection lies with the user.

5. LIABILITY LIMITATION

5.1. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied. Service Parties are not responsible
     for any losses (direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, lost profit, etc.) related to:
     - use or inability to use the Service;
     - data breaches, hacking, unauthorized access by third parties;
     - failures of third-party services, APIs, or infrastructure;
     - user's actions or decisions.

5.2. The user is solely responsible for any consequences of using the Service, including financial losses, data loss, or violations of law.

5.3. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total liability of Service Parties to any user is limited to an amount equivalent to
     0.1 SOL at the exchange rate on the date the user paid for the subscription. If the law does not permit such limitation,
     liability is limited to the minimum permissible amount.

6. COOKIE USAGE

6.1. The Service may use cookies and similar technologies to ensure proper operation, improve functionality, and collect analytical data.

6.2. The user may manage cookie settings through their browser. Disabling cookies may limit the Service's functionality, for which
     the Administration is not responsible.

6.3. Data collected through cookies is processed anonymously and is not associated with the user's identity.

7. MODIFICATIONS AND AMENDMENTS

7.1. The Administration reserves the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time without prior notice.

7.2. Continuing to use the Service after publishing an updated version means your full agreement with the new version.
     If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using the Service.

8. FINAL PROVISIONS

8.1. This Privacy Policy is an integral part of the Service's User Agreement available at eventsmint.com.

8.2. All questions, requests, or complaints related to the Policy should be directed through the feedback form on the Portal.

8.3. By using the Service, you confirm that you have read this Privacy Policy and unconditionally accept its terms.
